What was the first song you ever heard by 1?
Probably Helena. It’d just gotten big when I found it, so unfortunately I can’t make any hipster claims to loving their first album :P
What is your favourite song of 5?
“Monster”. I don’t care that is was a soundtrack song. IT’S BRILLIANT.
What kind of impact has 1 left on your life.
It’s hard to say. They’ve been my favorite band for at least five years, but I didn’t know what they were about at first. I was just in a dark place, and they helped. A lot. I think the biggest impact is that (and I hate to conform, but it’s true) they saved my life twice. They brought me out of the two major depressions I went through, and they helped me realize I wasn’t alone. (Cheesy? Yes. Oh well)

“I Gave You All”. It’s my go-to song whenever I’m hurt.

geez. Well. “I’m Not Okay.” It’s that song that helped me recover.
When did you first get into 2?
Uhh, two years ago? Roundabout? I heard they were coming to my town, so I learned their name then. Then the charity I advocate took them on tour, and I started looking up their stuff. Instant love after that. Their lyrics are pure poetry.
How did you get into 3?
Through Katie:) (eatprayplay) She casually asked me to listen to a song of theirs, and from then it’s been this gradual-growing adoration.
What is your favorite song by 4?
“Howl”. No idea why. But when you look at my iPod, it’s my most played song at 129 plays. So.

What is a good memory concerning 1?
Everytime I’ve gotten someone into liking them, haha.
Is there a song by 2 that makes you sad?
“The Haunting”, maybe? All of their songs tend to have aspects of both happiness and sadness, so it’s a bit hard.
What is your favorite song of 3?
“Lover’s Eyes”. Again, not sure why.
